Three new reports on partnership working between faith and local government.

B Positive Choir launch new single encouraging blood donation

This week, the B Positive Choir launched their Christmas single Rise Up. The single aims to encourage more people to rise up by becoming blood donors.

B Positive is a group of 60 singers from across England who live with sickle cell disease, with their helpers, friends and families. The choir is launching an appeal to find new donors and highlight the ongoing need to give blood to help patients, like people with sickle cell. More people from Black communities, and more younger people, are urgently needed to give blood.

Help spread the word about the B Positive choir and the appeal: the single and some videos from famous musicians and artists are available from the NHS’ Blood and Transplant ‘content hub’ here.
