Opportunity to help shape new NHS England guidance

NHS England are working on reviewing national guidance on uniforms. There is an opportunity to get involved in directly shaping the content and how it is framed, with particular emphasis on expression of religion and belief.

The objectives of the uniform review are to ensure that staff and patients feel safe and respected at all times and that freedom of religious expression is supported. This is your chance to help shape guidance that will be used by NHS organisations across the country, as it relates to aspects of religious dress, use of religious symbols and wider considerations around NHS uniforms.
