National Cancer Patient Experience Survey 2024 qualitative results webinar

The National Cancer Patient Experience Survey (NCPES) 2024 qualitative thematic report will be published in September. The report includes findings from a thematic analysis of the open questions asked in the survey, asking patients what they found positive about their experience of cancer care and how their experience could have been better. The analysis helps NHS England to achieve a deep understanding of the findings from the open questions, to facilitate reflection and learning across services delivering cancer care in England.
