Barnardo’s Webinar: Children & Young People’s Mental Health in Wales

Barnardo’s is hosting its first Children & Young People’s Mental Health in Wales webinar on March 16, at 1:00-3:00pm.

Recent Government policy has advocated a whole system vision for developing mental health, well-being and support services for children, young people and their families across Wales – promoting a ‘No Wrong Door’ approach so that specialist advice and expertise is quicker and easier to access.

This seminar is an opportunity for colleagues in public health, early years, social care and the third sector to take stock and consider how Integrated Child and Family Health Services can be redesigned and commissioned to provide early intervention and preventative services. It is also an opportune time to consider what Integrated Child and Family Health services could mean for children and families to help lead to better support and outcomes.

Speakers include the Children’s Commissioner for Wales, Sally Holland.
