Faith in Partnership Week 2026 is coming. Are you ready?

This September, we’re bringing back Faith in Partnership Week! Running from 7th to 11th September, Faith in Partnership Week is a dedicated moment to recognise and celebrate what becomes possible when faith communities and government bodies work side by side. These collaborations show up in food banks, in public health initiatives reaching people that statutory services often can’t, and in countless quieter acts of solidarity happening at the local level. This week is our opportunity to shine a light on all of it.

We know that so much of the most meaningful work happening in communities right now is being driven by partnerships exactly like these. Faith groups bring deep roots, trusted relationships, and a consistent presence in the places and among the people who need support most. When that’s paired with the resources and reach of local authorities and councils, communities benefit most from this empowerment. Faith in Partnership Week exists to honour that and to encourage a lot more of it.

That’s why we want you to get involved. We’re encouraging organisations, groups, and individuals across the country to host their own Faith in Partnership celebrations during that week. Whether that’s a community gathering, a panel conversation, a shared meal, a service project, or something else entirely; the format is yours to shape. We’ll be providing themes, practical guidance, and branding materials to help you plan something that feels right for you.

We’ll have some advice, themes and branding to guide you on how to set up your own and to keep momentum and those important conversations fruitful and continuous!

Will you be hosting something? We’d love to hear from you. Share your plans, your stories, and your reflections by tagging us or using the hashtag #FaithinPartnership. Watch this space for more details, and in the meantime, start thinking about what a celebration might look like in your community.
