NHS Provider Selection Regime: Consultation on proposals

The NHS are launching a consultation on a new set of rules for arranging healthcare services. The proposed NHS Provider Selection Regime will replace the current rules for procuring healthcare services, and will help deliver the vision of integrated care, reflecting the wider development of Statutory ICSs.

The consultation follows earlier recommendations made to Government for an NHS Bill, the aim of which is to remove barriers and promote collaboration and integration between NHS organisations and their partners.

They are inviting patients, public, NHS staff, and partner organisations to give them your views on potential proposals for a new NHS provider selection regime.
