Building Health Partnerships ‘Share and Scale’ network
NHS England and The National Lottery Community Fund are funding a network to support the creation of partnerships between Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs)/Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), patients and the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector. These partnerships can help to improve the health and care of communities and also support the delivery of the NHS Long Term Plan.
The network is offering a range of free support to help relationships.
This includes:
- Workshops
- Online resources
- Coaching delivered by The King’s Fund
- Peer support through a Practice Development Network
- Bespoke support
This is available to professionals from the VCSE sector as well as STP/ICS leads, commissioners and clinicians.
