Survey on access to end of life care medicines in the community

NHS England wants to hear about experiences regarding access to specialist palliative and end of life care (EoLC) medicines and are particularly interested in sharing possible solutions to any issues or challenges faced.

This short survey is aimed at people who are providing end of life care in the community and is now live on the NHS England consultation hub until Fri 18 January 2019.
