Call for Evidence by UKHF

The UK Health Forum (UKHF)  is issuing an open call for evidence. Please send any literature such as case studies of best practise, on what the Voluntary and Community Sector thinks about health and work, how the sector could support disabled people or people with long-term conditions back into work .
