Have your say on NHS chaplaincy

The NHS is currently reviewing its guidelines on chaplaincy. It wants to hear points of view from patient representative groups and healthcare chaplains, as well as equality specialists, managers, commissioners and directors.

It has put together a survey, which should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete and will close on 28 September 2018.

There is also a separate project underway looking at the lived experience of LGBT people and the impact of faith, chaplaincy services, health and marginalisation. The NHS is looking for people from a LGBT and faith background who can speak about the experience about marginalisation as a result of their sexuality and faith. If your organisation is involved in these issues and you know of someone who would be willing to take part, please contact [email protected]
