Three new reports on partnership working between faith and local government.

Dying Matters Week

Dying Matters Week is an awareness campaign which aims to encourage people to talk about dying, death and bereavement. The week will run from 14 – 20 May 2018 and the topic this year is “What Can You Do… in your community?”

Each weekday during the week will have a different theme:

Monday – teaching death in schools and talking to children about death
Tuesday – everything you wanted to know about Death Cafes
Wednesday – Volunteering in hospices
Thursday – Grief in the workplace
Friday – attitudes in dying and death across different faith groups and cultures

NHS England will also be supporting the activity via social media and sharing blogs to highlight work on the organisation’s activity around End of Life Care.
