Advice in mental healthcare settings

Citizens Advice has published the report Joining the Dots: Integrating Advice in Mental Healthcare Settings. This focuses on clients who have mental health problems, and what this means for the practical support they need. It finds that:

  • clients with mental health problems have more complex, urgent and multiple advice needs;
  • a growing number of people who turn to Citizens Advice report having mental health problems;
  • and people with mental health problems aren’t getting the practical support they need.
