£5k prize for excellence in charity finance launches

Charity Finance Group has launched a £5,000 prize for excellence in charity finance.

The 2015 Adrian Randall Challenge Prize aims to share, encourage and inspire financial leadership in charities. Announcing the launch, CFG said the winner will be a charity finance professional who may have, for example, worked across their organisation to adapt to change or new challenges.

The winner may have worked in partnership with other teams to implement new systems, or ensured finance was at the heart of their organisation’s strategy.

CFG chief executive Caron Bradshaw said the aim is to recognise a project that can be replicated and shared with other charities.
