Big Lottery Fund allocates £25m to community groups and charities

The Big Lottery Fund has announced the allocation of more than £25m to 736 community groups across England.

Awards were made through the Big Lottery Fund’s Awards for All small grants programme that provided grants of between £300 and £10,000.

Grants of £10,000 and above were made through the Reaching Communities large grants programme.

Organisations set to benefit from the funds include disabled children’s charity Contact a Family which received £612,272 for its Keeping Families Informed project.
