Joint review of investment in Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations in the health and care sector
A review is underway of how the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector is funded to undertake health and care work. This is being carried out by representatives of the VCSE sector and the Department of Health, NHS England and Public Health England.
From January to March 2015 the review engaged with around 4,500 people and organisations. It has produced an interim report sets out the issues raised so far and makes suggestions for the future.
FaithAction has been contributing to the review on behalf of our members and has summarised the findings of the interim report.
