Macmillan Cancer Support are offering grants to new groups of up to £500, and to existing groups of up to £3,000, that work with people affected by cancer, including individuals or groups wishing to start a self-help and support group. The Peter Cruddas Foundation is providing discretionary grants to charities involved in working with disadvantaged and disengaged young people. Priority funding includes support for mainstream education, training and employment, crime diversion schemes, work experience and skills projects, mentoring, and other youth work.
