Clinks publishes report on mentoring and befriending

Between December 2011 and January 2012, Clinks and the Mentoring and Befriending Foundation invited organisations to complete an online survey to find out more about how organisations are using mentoring and befriending to support offenders and ex-offenders in prison, through the gate and into the community and to share findings and examples of good practice with the wider volunteering and mentoring network.

The survey sought views on the opportunities and challenges facing mentoring and befriending provision in the Criminal Justice System, on how organisations measure their impact, what support needs are required and it was an opportunity to gather case studies to demonstrate good practice and impact.

The report is available at the Clinks website.
