FUNDING: The Pilgrim Trust

Pilgrim Trust’s social welfare programme supports projects that work to either support people who misuse drugs and alcohol or those that help to provide alternatives to custody. The main grant fund provides funding over £5,000 and the small grant fund provides under £5,000. Substance abuse work must incorporate an integrated approach including issues such as domestic violence, care for children and homelessness. Projects in prisons must focus on reducing the use of custody for women and better integration into society on release. There are no application deadlines.
