Working together for a dementia friendly faith community in Brent

Faith communities and places of worship are important to the spiritual, mental and  physical health and wellbeing of residents in the community. People of faith who are living with dementia, value the support they receive at their place of worship. This conference held by Brent Council will be a conversation about how the wider faith community in Brent can become a dementia friendly place.
