Patient viewpoints required on NHS Friends and Family Test

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.

The guidance for FFT in 2019 is being updated aiming to:

• Develop a more effective question or questions
• Find out the best time for patients to be encouraged to complete the survey.

We are holding a workshop to consider these two areas and find out patient’s views in London in the afternoon on 20 August 2018.
