Project Management

A FaithAction Masterclass

Wednesday 10th January in East London

Limited places available! Book now for Early Bird discount!

It's really common for community and faith-based organisations to be running one (or more!) projects of some kind - after all, it's one of the main ways of reaching out and making a difference.

But leading a project involves a lot of work - from managing resources and people, to planning out who does what and when! To make sure it's a success, there's a few things you need...

What you'll learn

  • What a project and a project manager is
  • Setting out the business case for a project
  • Identifying risks, issues and benefits
  • The roles in a project team
  • Planning and implementing your work
  • Measuring and reporting what you've done

I would definitely advise everyone to attend this session in the future.

Meet the Trainer

Felicity is FaithAction's National Co-ordinator, and she's not only had plenty of experience in successfully securing grants from small pots to multi-million pound contracts for FaithAction, she’s also been in charge of the resulting programmes. This masterclass will give you the tips and techniques she’s learned from sitting on both sides of the table.
